Returns & Exchanges
Thank you for purchasing at https://kadfirearms.com! We hope you enjoy your purchase. The following policy applies only to purchases made at https://kadfirearms.com.
OUR ONLINE PURCHASES RETURN POLICY:
We pride ourselves on offering the highest and the best quality firearms. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase at www.kadfirearms.com, you may:
– Returns of your purchase must be made within 1-15 days from the day you received the order.
– Return the item to a kadrine Gun shop for an exact replacement (if available), exchange.
– Return the item by mail to our address for a refund. See Returns by Mail for details…
Details and Restrictions on returns:
– Items purchase must returned in it original condition.
– Our Tags must be attached to the returned items.
– Damaged, Worn, altered purchase may not be returned or exchanged.
– A Return Authorization (RA) number must accompany all returns, exchanges, repairs.
– Items returned without an RA number will be subject to a 30% re-stocking fee.
RETURNS BY MAIL:
Returns by mail for refund is only applicable to online purchases made through www.kadfirearms.com. Items purchased at a Kadrine Shop may not be returned to our online store.
Please e-mail us to request your RA number. You must provide the order/invoice number and a reason for the return.
Please make sure you indicate the items you are returning as well as the reason for the return.
Pack the unused purchase in appropriate packaging. You may use any delivery service of your choice. For your protection we recommend you make sure the package against loss and request delivery confirmation.
Send the package to Address directly:
We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been received and processed. Please allow 2-4 weeks for the credit to appear on your account.
RETURNS IN STORES:
Refunds will not be issued at are shop. Within 15 days, unused merchandise purchased at www.kadfirearms.com may be returned for an exchange or any store credit at are shop. You must present the original invoice to exchange or receive any store credit.
EXCHANGES:
Please e-mail Us to arrange for an exchange. We will process your return item and place an exchange order on hold in your name. Please be sure to indicate the items you are returning as well as the reason for the exchange. Pack the unused purchase in appropriate packaging and include the completed Return Form. You may use any delivery service of your choice. For your protection we recommend you ensure the package against loss and request delivery confirmation. Please note that the customer is responsible for all shipping fees when exchanging the product.
Once your package is received, we will apply the credit from your return to your new order and ship it to you at once. You will receive an e-mail confirmation details.
